Pastor Kevin D. Dabbs was led by the Holy Spirit to Christ after looking at the state he was in, thinking and considering “If I die today would I be with the Lord”? As a young man attending many funerals and questioned if a person made it or not; he believed that hell is real. He was scared to know that with all the things he was doing would he even make it to heaven; being a constant dream that got next to him. He shares a moment sitting in the home of his grandmother falling into a deep sleep and trying to wake up and couldn’t. It felt as though someone was dragging him to hell. Repeating this dream to his grandmother, she stated to him “God is trying to get your attention”. The thought of dying and going to hell was an awakening. Pastor Dabbs relationship is being in tune with God’s word and in fellowship with the Lord every day. It’s one of those relationship where he is always there, and I make more time. Pastor Dabbs have a relationship with Him and knows that everything is by faith. He believes and trust what the word of God says and trust God with everything.

God words give the confidence and reassurance that what I believe is true, because there is a whole lot of stuff out there that people believe. Pastor Dabbs form of discipline is seeking God’s word, remaining in the atmosphere of His word, practicing, obeying what His word says and serving with love and obedience.
